We are excited to announce that our Head Office is now back to being one team and will be working together again as at the beginning of Covid-19 we had split into two teams working in rotation.
We have followed Government guidelines to make sure it is safe in doing so and have taken all measures that need be to ensure there are no risks. Some of these mitigations are:
- Sneeze proof acrylic protective shields have been placed between employees where required by guideline requirements.
- Ensuring that areas are frequently cleaned and objects and surfaces are disinfected when touched regularly.
- We are now using back-to-back or side-to-side working (rather than face-to-face).
- Office equipment are ruled out to not be shared.
- Masks and disposable gloves have been provided to all employees within our welcome back pack.
- As per Government guidelines we also have signs displayed around the branches stating new rules such as keeping 1m distance at all times especially areas that are shared i.e. the kitchen, where only 2 people at a time are allowed with at least 1m distance to one another and 1 at a time of the lift.
