Last year, the world made a solid entry into the virtual business world due to the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak. This meant a major shift from face-to-face meetings to virtual meetings for TBUK staff and all customer-based service companies. We have adopted a new way of meeting our customers efficiently and benefited in many ways.
Our customers are happier than ever because, regardless of their place of residence, we can meet with and introduce them the world of TBUK at the appropriate time and date in .
As Relationship Mayfair Office, we were holding 10-15 customer meetings in our facilities per month, but after conducting productive customer interviews and meetings with Zoom, Ms Team, Skype and similar software, we almost doubled the monthly base number.
Our first plan is to keep virtual meetings as efficient and high-volume as they are now, even after the Covid 19 storm.
