TurkishBank UK Management has a clear plan to deliver a constantly improving customer experience and healthy business growth driven by a number of key initiatives in 2022 and beyond. Speed of execution through increased accountability and faster decision making through a genuine team work approach are seen as two key catalysts to deliver these objectives.
With these key targets in mind, Strategic Plan for 2022-2024 for TurkishBank UK was updated and recently approved by the Board. To provide building blocks around the products, pricing, promotion and placement strategies as well as set key dates and thresholds for execution, a highly comprehensive Marketing Plan is now being prepared by the Business. In parallel, Business Teams and Branches are proactively working on further growing its customer relationships through increasing customer connectivity and meetings, develop its distribution channels, and continue to invest in its people. TBUK is also setting its digital roadmap for a business wide transformation, which will have far-reaching impacts on its customer experience.
