As part of the on-going Credit Transformation process and accompanying comprehensive training plan offered to TBUK employees, a new two weeks rotation program is launched for the first line staff including Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Commercial Team members. The Program was welcomed by all relevant staff and seen as a good opportunity to build a deeper understanding and know how on the enhanced credit framework that was put in place in the 2nd half of 2020. The implementation of the training plan will continue with further tailor made internal and external trainings.
