2023-24 has been a strong period where the Bank has developed its management and C-Level organisational structure. Bank welcomed new employees at a half-day onboarding event on 26th April 2024, designed to integrate them into the company value and culture.
The event began with a presentation by our CEO, followed by interactive activities including quizzes and workshops, which not only made the session engaging but also fostered collaboration and teamwork. Additionally, the event provided an excellent opportunity for the newcomers to learn about TBUK’s history and core values, further aligning them with the organization’s mission and standards.
With new team members, getting to know each other has been more important than ever – and what better way than to have a little friendly competition on a day out!
