Robert Garai is the Head of Compliance and MLRO.
He has been a Compliance Officer and MLRO since 2001 for German, Nigerian, UAE, Indonesian and Saudi Arabian international banks in London. He also spent a number of years working in a start-up bank working on an application for a UK bank licence, and passed a number of CISI Certificate exams.
Prior to this, Robert spent a few years marketing aircraft finance, having worked on the financial side of a couple of airlines, and having trained as an accountant, learnt to fly and taking an engineering degree.
