In 2021, TurkishBank UK started surveying its customers in different segments resulting in valuable feedback. The surveys are now being expanded to wider groups, with the latest being to all UK Resident Business owners, and those who have lines of credit with the Bank. The customers have been surveyed on their financial experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic, and early results indicate a high level of satisfaction from the services received from TBUK. We also endeavour to better understand our customers in order to best tailor our products and service. We will report our findings the next issues of Turkish Times.
