With the end of Covid mandated restrictions on in person client visits and social distancing requirements, TurkishBank UK has reviewed its client calling strategy and restarted face to face meetings with its business and personal resident & non-resident clients. These visits include customer onsite meetings in London as well as roadshows by the management to Turkey and Cyprus to touch base with non-resident customers. While these were carried out virtually in the interim, in-person visits are a valuable service proposition for our clients, which give the best opportunities to further grow our relationships both in the personal and business communities.
