We take this opportunity to thank Mr. Steve Betteridge. Steve has been a valued colleague as well as a friend. In five and a half years among many other achievements, he has been an integral part of TBUK joining the payment schemes, a strategic milestone for our bank, his vast experience has been invaluable. In his time, he worked as a devoted member of the Board of Directors and served as the Chair of Board Risk Committee and Chief Risk Officer in an ever transforming and fast paced environment. This change of the guard is happening at an appropriate time as we are emerging from the pandemic and we thank him for all the contribution he has made to TBUK and though we are sad to see him leave, we know his beautiful grandchildren will be thrilled at the prospect of having him around more.
We wish him the very best,
