TBUK has launched its New Branch Operating Model!

TBUK has completed the merger of its Edmonton and Dalston branches under Harringay Branch on 12 June 2020. The merger plan was successfully coordinated and executed by the dedicated Project Group and paved the way for the upgrade of Harringay Branch into Super Service Center; following best practices tested and implemented by our Group banks in Turkey and Cyprus.

Having recently celebrated its 46th year in the UK, the New Branch Operating Model is designed to respond to the changes in the way our customers are choosing to use our branches; taking into consideration of the increasing use of technology and digitalisation in customer preferences. To this end, TBUK has been heavily investing in its Digital Transformation Program by joining the Payment Schemes as a direct member followed by further investments in its Online Banking services and in the revolutionary Open Banking platform, giving more freedom to its customers.

As part of our broader commitment to the community, our branches in London Bridge and Palmers Green will continue to serve our customers, with further enhancements in their service model.
