TBUK Off-Site Strategy Event

The highly successful TBUK Offsite Strategy Meeting took place on 3^rd and 4^th of November, 2023 at the Limehouse Library Hotel. On the first day of the event, Managers came together to discuss and share the outcomes of the key initiative and themes shaping the present and future of the Bank. On the second day, the entire staff came together where presentation from the Group Office and Executive Committee Members were presented.

Keeping up with tradition, the Group Chairman, Hakan Bortecene opened the event and set tone for the Strategy Meeting with an overview of TBUK’s achievements and challenges and emphasized the importance of collaboration and collective effort in achieving our strategic goals. With underlying message of the weekend being Growth, it’s TBUK would like to echo the Chairman’s words and report that TBUK has had a record year within a low-risk environment.

The event also had key executives joining and introducing themselves from the offices in Istanbul and Nicosia to further bring the Group together. The TBUK Offsite Strategy Meetings were more than just a discussion of financial figures; it’s a platform to shape the future of TurkishBank UK.
